Car speakers, Subwoofers, Amplifier?

Alright guys, I currently have 2 15" jbl subwoofers with a TMA T.500 monoblock amplifier, they hit pretty hard, I also have replaced my stock speakers with MB Quart speakers, on both doors and in the rear, and they also have the 2 tweeters that come with them in the door... and I also have 2 more tweeter on my side windshield up front wired to my jensen flipout screen i believe.. however the guy hooked them up. My b is turned all the way up as well as my music but they arent to equal, the b is alot louder and it gets hard to hear the vocals,, any help so i can make the music louder??????
