Does this girl want a relationship?

I am a sixteen year old boy in the sixth form at school. There is a very pretty, slim blonde girl in the cl below mine who smiles at me on her way to school and occasionally says hi in the corridors. Her name is Sharon and she is probably the prettiest girl in the school. Yesterday after lunch she was waiting in the corridor outside my clroom and when I went into cl she followed me in. I sat down at my desk and she stood beside me and gave me something, then walked out of the room. She turned and smiled to me as she was leaving. It was a small parcel of fabric a couple of inches across. I unfolded it, and it was a pair of yellow lacy panties and a little Post It note that read, "I am clean shaven!" and her phone number. What can this mean?
