Im sick of this! but i dont want to be mean!?

k so in my neighborhood there is nobody my age exept one girl named kelsie but she is REALLY imature! all she ever wants to do is play stupid fantasy colonial time games. n get this... she REFUSES to wear eye liner!! n she gets mad when i put it on! idk. well ya then there is another girl who is like my BFFL! OMG she is freaking awsome and tottaly relates to me. but my mom doesnt like me hangin wit her cuz she like 4 years older than me (BIG WOOP) so she forces me to hang out with Kelsie. how do i deal with it? i dont dont want to hurt her felling cuz shes real innocent (has no clue what HUCKA BUCKAING is!) wool yah plez help!!
