VW beetle convertible 1.6 2003 - and the snow?

Its the car. However you will have much the same problem with any car with broad section low profile alloy wheels. I have a front drive car with 17 ins. alloys, I removed them and fitted the stock 15 ins steel wheels and this improved the car . I have now added snow tyres to the steel wheels and can go anywhere !
