Please read and answer. ?

I am playing saints row 1 and have beat all tge gangs and about to finish off the rollerz. Before I do does anyone know if I can finish all missions and get the ending where Julius gets pulled over and then without playing the game all over again go back and get the ending with the boat explosion Or do I have to finish all activities, find all CDs and tag locations before I beat the missions
