What offset alloy wheels do I need for my toyota celica?

I want to buy new wheels for my toyota celica, I looked at http://www.celicasport.co.uk/showthread.php?t=48 but i am still not sure. I want to run 7" wide wheels, and for them to be flush with the arches.
