Which statistical test?

I'm doing an animal communications project in which I am placing a fish in a tank and running 4 different trials on him, each with different conditions. During each trial I record the amount of time the fish spends in a particular zone of the tank. Each trial lasts for 5 minutes and the total time the fish spends in the specified zone is summed up for each trial. I am basically comparing the ulative time spent in the specified zone for each of the 4 trials to each other to see if there is a significant difference. I understand it is continuous data and the data is not paired. Not to good with statistics so any help or test recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
